Role overview: Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Digital/Multidisciplinary Designer to come and join our global business. Based in the Marketing team but working closely with Product Design Team, you will be responsible for various projects in brand, marketing, and communication design at Fresha. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, who likes to work autonomously, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact. We pride ourselves on being a world-class Marketing and Design team, so we set a high bar in inviting new talent to join us. We seek people who will help drive our business forward and challenge norms by striving for more. Aside from your skills and experience, we’re most interested in your growth mindset and development potential.

What you will be doing:

  • Branding: Build, develop, and evolve the Fresha brand through best-in-class design across social and email ads, print collateral, and trade show or market booth environments - supporting any creative need across the marketing spectrum.
  • Delivery: Help push the Fresha brand far beyond its logo, delivering creative, innovative, and conceptual thinking for internal and external facing output.
  • Collaboration: Take a collaborative approach, and work closely with design team as well as Head of Brand & Content Marketing on different creative ideas and campaign executions. Achieve a strong profile within the company and contribute designs to make an impact for the customer and the business.
  • Design: Apply expert design and craft to the visual elements of projects. Co-create, maintain and push the boundaries of design systems and patterns. Champion modular design, usability and accessibility standards.
  • Best Practices: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards and act as a custodian of consistent design and narrative.
  • Intuition: Be able to take a brief and run with it! Whilst we are super collaborative, it is very desirable if you can work autonomously too and be confident in making design decisions.

This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver. To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork all Fresha employees work from the office five days per week.

What we are looking for:

  • Creative Ownership & Autonomy: A proactive self-starter who can take a marketing brief and run with it—leading the design process from initial concept to final execution with initiative and minimal oversight.
  • 360° Marketing Design: Proven experience delivering best-in-class assets across the full marketing spectrum, including high-performing social and email ads, print collateral, and physical brand touchpoints like market booths and trade show designs.
  • Performance-Driven Craft: Expert at creating visually engaging static and motion assets for paid social (Meta, YouTube, Google) that balance brand storytelling with commercial impact.
  • Adaptability & Iteration: Comfortable working within an evolving brand identity rather than rigid guidelines; you are flexible, fast-paced, and able to iterate quickly as the brand grows.
  • Motion Graphics: Highly proficient in animating with speed and ease to bring digital assets to life - making motion a core part of your creative output.
  • Production Excellence: Highly organised with the ability to manage large-scale projects across multiple markets, handling everything from moodboarding to versioning, localisation, and scalable templates.
  • Trend-Led Curiosity: A designer who stays ahead of social trends and culture, utilising AI tools, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to challenge the status quo.
  • Collaborative Resilience: A feedback-friendly professional who thrives on open communication and uses constructive critique to refine technical execution.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in writing punchy, effective ad copy to complement your visual designs!

At Fresha, we value passion and potential as much as specific skills. If you're enthusiastic and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every listed requirement. We believe in fostering growth and providing the support needed for you to excel in your role.

Interview process:
