Role Overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to come join our global business. Reporting directly to the General Manager and/or Head of Sales you will be accountable for managing outbound sales activity to qualify and develop prospects into Partners by actively engaging with them, including the use of creative follow-up communications. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is a problem solver, and wants to contribute to supporting our growth.

What you will be doing

  • KPIs: Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Outreach: Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches to bring in new business (with occasional in-person meetings as appropriate).
  • Selling: Present, promote, and sell Fresha's products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Partnering: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha's solutions with partner objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Market Trends: Provide feedback on industry trends to enhance our offerings.
  • Leads: Engage 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Languages: Fluent in Danish, and English.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Relationship Building: A true hunter and relationship builder.
  • Organised: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Curiosity: Naturally curious with a strong desire for continuous growth and development.

Added Bonus: Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.

Interview process

  • Screening Call: Video call with a member of the Talent Team (30 minutes).
  • Skills & Experience Discussion: Video call with the General Manager (45 minutes).
  • Presentation: In-person interview with the Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager (75 minutes).

We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within two weeks.
