Fresha is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global acquisition strategy across B2B and B2C.

You will own paid search and paid social, manage a growing in-house team, and optimise spend, creative and funnel performance to maximise ROI and lifetime value across key markets.

You will forecast budgets, collaborate with Marketing, Data, Design and Commercial teams, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
