Fresha is on an exciting growth journey. With performance marketing now fully in-house, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global acquisition strategy across B2B and B2C. You’ll own our paid search and paid social strategy, managing a growing in-house team to drive scalable, data-driven growth. Working closely with Marketing, Data, Design, and Commercial teams, you’ll optimise spend, creative, and funnel performance to maximise ROI and lifetime value across key markets.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and scale Fresha’s global performance marketing strategy across Paid Search (Google, YouTube, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).
- Manage and develop the in-house team to deliver against acquisition and ROI targets for both B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Forecast and optimise budgets across regions and channels to achieve maximum efficiency and growth.
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to build dashboards, monitor CAC, LTV, and ROAS, and drive continual optimisation.
- Collaborate with Design and Influencer Marketing teams to deliver impactful creative and campaigns.
- Present performance results and insights to senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and investment decisions.
- Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, geographies, and audience segments.
What we are looking for:
- 7–8 years’ experience in performance marketing with strong hands-on expertise in paid search and paid social.
- Proven success running large-scale campaigns in fast-paced, data-led environments (B2B and/or B2C).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Confident communicator able to present insights to C-suite stakeholders.
- Creative, proactive, and motivated by impact.
