Role Overview

Join Fresha’s fast‑growing tech scale‑up by applying for our in‑person London Assessment Day - an interactive day of team challenges, practical sales tasks, and sessions with our Business Development & Account Management team leads. We’ll provide lunch and support throughout the day, and top performers may receive a full‑time job offer on the spot (starting within the following 1–2 months), with strong earning potential and clear opportunities for rapid career progression. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work for a global business in a fast‑paced and changing environment, who likes to work autonomously, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact! To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face‑to‑face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from the office five days per week. Our London HQ: The Bower, 207-211, Old St, Tower, London EC1V 9NR.

What you would be doing in the job

  • KPIs – Consistently achieve sales targets
  • Outreach – Calling key decision‑makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business (there may be some in‑person meetings as appropriate)
  • Selling – Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
  • Sales Cycle – Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Partnering – Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives
  • Collaboration – Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Market Trends – Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry
  • Leads – Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, and document all call outcomes in the CRM
  • Business Partnering – Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities

What we are looking for

  • Experience – Minimum 1 year of recruitment B2B sales with a track record of success. However, we are open to individuals with a hunger to learn, grit and a great attitude!
  • Relationship Building – You are a true hunter and relationship builder
  • Organised – You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Curiosity – You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop

  • Bi‑lingual – Fluency in English and another language

Interview process

  • Video Introduction Submission – Submit a 1‑2 minute video introduction with your application for review.
  • Screening Call – Video‑call with a member from the Talent Team (15‑20 mins)
  • On‑site Assessment Day – In‑person assessment day in London office (April 13th: 10 am‑2 pm)

We aim to finalise the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks. Every job application received is reviewed manually by our talent team.
