Join our global Marketing team as a Brand/Multidisciplinary Designer, collaborating closely with Product Design. You will drive brand, marketing, and communication design across a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build, develop, and evolve Fresha brand across social and email ads, print collateral, and trade show or market booth environments.
  • Deliver creative, innovative, and conceptual output extending beyond the logo.
  • Collaborate with design team and Head of Brand & Content Marketing on creative ideas and campaign executions.
  • Apply expert design to visual elements, maintain and push boundaries of design systems and patterns, champion modular design, usability and accessibility standards.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards as custodian of consistent design narrative.
  • Take a brief and execute autonomously, making confident design decisions while collaborating.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proactive self‑starter with creative ownership and autonomy; lead design process from concept to execution with minimal oversight.
  • Experience delivering best‑in‑class assets across full marketing spectrum, including social, email, print, and physical brand touchpoints.
  • Expert in creating visually engaging static and motion assets for paid social that balance storytelling with commercial impact.
  • Adaptable with fast iteration, comfortable evolving brand identity rather than fixed guidelines.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics, animating assets swiftly to incorporate motion.
  • Organised, able to manage large‑scale projects across markets with moodboarding, localisation, scalable templates.
  • Trend‑led curiosity; stays ahead of social trends, utilises AI tools, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborative, feedback‑friendly, thrives on open communication and constructive critique.
  • Bonus: Experience writing punchy, effective ad copy.
