Resident Advisor in Nottingham

Our welcoming resident\’s team at Winfield Court are looking to appoint a Resident Advisor to join Fresh and help contribute to the delivery of an outstanding place for our residents to live.
As Resident Advisor, you will work 37.5 hours per week in a collaborative team, Working Monday – Friday between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis.
We\’re on the lookout for passionate individuals who thrive on building welcoming, vibrant communities where residents feel safe, supported, and connected.
As a Resident Advisor, you\’ll play a key role in shaping a positive living experience – from organising social events and managing communications via social media and traditional channels, to assisting with day-to-day operations like greeting residents at reception and processing rental payments accurately.
You\’ll be the first point of contact for residents, delivering exceptional customer service over email, phone, and in person. We\’re looking for someone who\’s enthusiastic, solution-focused, and ready to make a real impact.
If you enjoy working collaboratively with both your on-site team and wider colleagues across the business – and love getting to know the people in your community – this could be the perfect role for you.
About you:
We\’re looking to speak with individuals who are approachable, passionate and want to help build the sense of the community within the building. You must be able to listen to the residents and be highly organised with your daily tasks. Your excellent time management skills will balance your strong administrative skills, but most importantly, you will help create a safe and welcoming space where residents feel comfortable.
