Location: Croft Court

Hours: 22.5 per week (Monday – Friday - either 3 or 4 days, flexibility can be discussed at interview)

Croft Court, our brand-new student accommodation building opening to residents for the very first time in September 2026, is seeking to appoint a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new site from its launch, helping to ensure a safe, high-quality living environment for our students.

About the role:

Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive working in a role where you are accountable for ensuring the smooth works on minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh have just the role for you! As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building. You will be the go-to expert on all things maintenance, whether it’s handling routine fixes, tackling unexpected issues but most importantly you’ll be accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for our residents to live!

About you:

We’re looking for a hands-on individual with the ability for fixing, maintaining and improving the building. You will bring a blend of technical expertise as well as a strong work ethic, coupled with an upbeat attitude when things get challenging. You’ll need to display a solid background in maintenance, as well as being resourceful and a problem solver for everyday issues.
