As we continue to grow and elevate our brand, we are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join us on a temporary assignment and support our busy, fast-paced marketing team.

About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering compelling campaigns and content that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys collaboration, and can hit the ground running.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social and offline channels
  • Creating engaging content tailored for students, parents and university partners
  • Managing updates to the Fresh website and supporting SEO best practices
  • Assisting with email marketing, CRM activity and performance tracking
  • Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and student sites to gather content and insights
  • Helping to deliver promotional materials, events support and brand assets
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing timely reports and recommendations

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a marketing role (in-house or agency)
  • Confident content creator with strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and email platforms
  • A proactive, creative and collaborative mindset
  • Experience within property, student accommodation is a bonus
