Join our team at Spring Mews as a Maintenance Technician! Spring Mews, a 378 bed property, are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday between 9am and 6.30pm on a rota basis.
About the role: Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive working in a role where you are accountable for ensuring the smooth works on minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh have just the role for you! As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building. You will be the go-to expert on all things maintenance, whether it's handling routine fixes, tackling unexpected issues, but most importantly you'll be accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for our residents to live!
About you: We're looking for a hands-on individual with the ability for fixing, maintaining and improving the building. You will bring a blend of technical expertise as well as a strong work ethic, coupled with an upbeat attitude when things get challenging. You'll need to display a solid background in maintenance, as well as being resourceful and a problem solver for everyday issues.
