Join our team at Venti House as a Maintenance Technician! Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest. Venti House, our brand new student accommodation, opening for the very first time to students in September 2026, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician. This role offers full‑time hours of 37.5 per week, working Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.

About The Role

Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive working in a role where you are accountable for ensuring the smooth work on minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh has just the role for you!

  • Responsible for statutory compliance for your building.
  • Manage large commercial waste bins stored outside the building.
  • Act as the go‑to expert on all maintenance, handling routine fixes and tackling unexpected issues.
  • Accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for residents.

About You

We’re looking for a hands‑on individual with the ability to fix, maintain and improve the building. You will bring a blend of technical expertise as well as a strong work ethic, and an upbeat attitude when things get challenging. You’ll need to display a solid background in maintenance, as well as being resourceful and a problem solver for everyday issues.
