Venti House, our brand new student accommodation, opening for the very first time to students in September 2026, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician. This role offers full‑time hours of 37.5 per week, working Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.
About The Role
Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive working in a role where you are accountable for ensuring the smooth work on minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh has just the role for you!
- Responsible for statutory compliance for your building.
- Manage large commercial waste bins stored outside the building.
- Act as the go‑to expert on all maintenance, handling routine fixes and tackling unexpected issues.
- Accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for residents.
About You
We’re looking for a hands‑on individual with the ability to fix, maintain and improve the building. You will bring a blend of technical expertise as well as a strong work ethic, and an upbeat attitude when things get challenging. You’ll need to display a solid background in maintenance, as well as being resourceful and a problem solver for everyday issues.
