Exciting, brand new role at a fast paced Series A SaaS start up building beautiful and intuitive products for the hospitality and wellness sector. They were founded in 2020 with the mission to revolutionise guest and back-of-house operational experiences for global customers. They're moving fast, growing 80% YoY, processed over $1bn in transactions and live in over 30 countries. It's an incredible time to join a small but impressive team (~30 head count) who've reached profitability and raised a $30M series A at the start of 2026. The team are expanding aggressively (with a large focus on US expansion).

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in full stack product design roles (UI/UX)
  • B2B / SaaS start up experience is a must (Strong preference for Series A/B experience)
  • Experienced working within collaborative, cross functional teams of product and engineering
  • Strong creative, design and communication skills
  • Evidence of driving user research
  • Proactive & self directing

This role requires 3 days per week in the office (fixed days Mon-Wed) - Central London.
