Croft Court, Bristol are looking to appoint a Mandarin speaking Resident Advisor to join Fresh and help deliver an outstanding living experience for our residents. Croft Court is a brand new student accommodation development, opening to students for the very first time in September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new site from the beginning and help shape a positive community for our future residents.
The Role
- As a Resident Advisor, you will work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the building.
- You will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and engaging community where residents feel supported and at home.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service both in person, over the phone and via email.
- Supporting Mandarin speaking residents and their families, helping them settle into their new home and community.
- Helping to build a positive living environment by organising social events and activities.
- Managing resident communications via social media platforms and traditional communication methods.
- Supporting the wider site team with administrative tasks, including welcoming residents at reception and processing rental payments.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on site and across the wider Fresh business.
