The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Motion Designer to support motion design across brand, product, and marketing. You’ll own end-to-end motion output — from concept through delivery — helping define a distinctive motion language and turning complex ideas into clear, engaging storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve a scalable motion design system and visual language
- Deliver motion work end-to-end across campaigns, product, social, and web
- Translate complex energy and technical concepts into clear, engaging storytelling
- Maintain high creative standards and build reusable motion assets and systems
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, storyboarding, and production
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Growth, and Content teams
Requirements:
- Strong motion portfolio demonstrating storytelling, typography, and pacing
- Leadership experience delivering projects end-to-end with autonomy
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear motion narratives
- Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows
Desirable:
- Advanced After Effects (Cinema 4D/Blender a plus)
- Understanding of editing, rhythm, and sound
- Experience with web motion (Lottie/Rive or similar)
