Are you a people person with a talent for organisation and a passion for creating a welcoming, vibrant community? If so, our Resident Manager position at Fresh could be the perfect fit for you!

Based at The Brook, this role gives you the opportunity to combine your love of working with people while supporting the day-to-day operations of the site alongside senior management. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive living experience for our residents.

As Resident Manager, you’ll be part of the go-to team for residents, helping with everything from day-to-day queries to maintaining a high standard across the building. You’ll also support administrative processes and reporting, ensuring the property remains a beautiful and inviting place to live.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working on a rota between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
