Join our team at Biscuit Factory as a Maintenance Technician. Biscuit Factory is our brand new 724‑bed student accommodation development in Belfast, opening to residents in September 2026. We are looking to appoint two (2) Maintenance Technicians to work Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm. The role starts in June 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure statutory compliance for the building.
- Handle minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
- Manage large commercial waste bins stored outside the building.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all building maintenance, addressing routine fixes and unexpected issues.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience in building maintenance, repair, and improvement.
- Strong technical knowledge and a solid background in maintenance.
- Resourceful, problem‑solving skills for everyday issues.
