Fresh is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Brook, a 335-bedroom property, to join the facilities team in Bath. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on a rota, carrying out reactive repairs, planned maintenance and keeping residents’ environment safe and welcoming.
You'll manage statutory compliance tasks, support waste management needs outside the building, and act as the go-to person for all maintenance issues, contributing to a well‑run, pleasant living.
