Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire

This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position. Rotating shifts available (6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm).

Responsibilities:

  • Move goods packed on pallets around the warehouse
  • Stack goods in the correct storage bays, racking etc following inventory control instructions
  • Ensure loads are secure
  • Complete paperwork for delivery notes and stock control if requested
  • Scan the pallets and keep accurate record of stock movement (training will be provided)
  • Make sure the truck is operating safely and checked daily
  • Report any breakdowns, spills or malfunctions to the Manager
  • Assist with other loading activities as requested

Qualifications:

  • FLT licence (ITSAAR or equivalent). In-house licences or out of date licences may be considered.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and independent, safety conscious, able to work in a fast‑paced and busy environment.
  • Internal assessment (practical and written tests) must be passed before assignment starts.
