Tool Setter (Injection Moulding)

South Normanton, Derbyshire

3 shifts Monday to Friday

£35,00 plus overtime

A prestigious manufacturing company based in South Normanton. Derbyshire are looking for a Tool Setter with Injection Moulding experience to join their team due to an increase in business, and further expansion plans on the horizon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Tool Setter who wants to work within a modern and automated facility with a secure order book.

Key responsibilities:

Set up machines (changeovers) ready for manufacturing process

Monitoring of machines to ensure they are running at optimum conditions

Fault Finding

Carry out reactive repairs where possible to maintain production

Responsible for quality checks

Communication with the Toolroom and other departments to ensure quality of product at all times

Ensure compliance to all Company and Health & Safety legislation

Promote a positive and safe working environment

Experience:

Demonstrable experience and stability in a similar role

Must have previous experience of Injection Moulding

Blow Moulding experience would be an advantage

Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised

Excellent communication skills
