Service Administrator / Customer Services Administrator – Clay Cross, Derbyshire
Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Rate: £12.21 per hour. On permanent placement benefits include access to stores discount, career progression and ongoing training and development.
Type: Temp to perm role. The employer will also consider someone available on a temp bias (ongoing).
The role is based in a modern open-plan air-conditioned office close to Clay Cross. Given the location, own transport is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to support the service team.
- Handle customer enquiries, scheduling and service documentation to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between the service team and customers to maintain clear communication.
- Maintain records, process service orders, and provide administrative support to enhance the service experience.
- Contribute to the seamless execution of service operations through strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in a customer services role within an office environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak with customers confidently.
- Ability to start work immediately.
