Position: Reach Driver
Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire
This is a full‑time, temporary to permanent position. Rotating shifts available (6am‑2pm and 2pm‑10pm).
Pay
- Day shift: £13.10 per hour
- Afternoon shift: £15.07 per hour

Duties
- Move goods packed on pallets around the warehouse
- Stack goods in the correct storage bays, racking etc following inventory control instructions
- Ensure loads are secure
- Complete paperwork for delivery notes and stock control if requested
- Scan the pallets and keep accurate record of stock movement (training will be provided)
- Make sure the truck is operating safely and checked daily
- Report any breakdowns, spills or malfunctions to the Manager
- Assist with other loading activities as requested
Qualifications and Requirements
- In‑date FLT licence (ITSAAR or equivalent) preferred; in‑house licences and out‑of‑date licences also considered.
- Internal assessment including practical and written tests must be passed before assignment can start.
- Positive attitude, self‑motivated, independent, safety conscious, able to work in a fast‑paced and busy environment.
Our client is looking to recruit a number of FLT Drivers due to business demand. You will be driving powered industrial trucks to load, unload and move the stock and deliveries to various locations in the warehouse, such as storage areas, loading docks etc.
