The role: We have several exciting opportunities for Patterning Operatives to join the state-of-the-art Patterning department at their custom-built Head Office. This is a temp-to-perm role with full training provided, giving you the chance to develop a variety of skills across multiple teams. You’ll play a key role in producing premium patterning products, ensuring precision and high-quality finishes at every stage.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality patterning items for internal and external customers
- Finish fabric using industrial machines with attention to detail
- Complete ticketing and carding processes, following production guides and specifications
- Maintain high standards throughout all stages of production
- Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
- Support various sections within the Patterning department and other areas of the business as required
