You will be part of the customer service team processing and chasing customer orders. This is a key role within the organisation, ensuring that clients’ expectations are exceeded.
We are looking for a candidate who shows a genuine can-do attitude and the ability to listen and digest information.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting and managing the team to create quotes, ordering samples and following up on customer quotations.
- Inputting data to ensure customer information is maintained.
- Providing a link between production, suppliers and the customer to ensure that the agreed upon deadline is met.
- Liaising with team members to provide support in maintaining, growing and developing accounts.
- Proactively creating a rapport with customers to become their trusted advisor to develop accounts.
- Ability to work to be consistently accurate and demonstrate an attention to detail while working to a high standard.
- Self‑motivated, able to work well on an individual basis as well as part of a team.
- Show good problem‑solving skills and being able to identify a solution in a fast‑moving environment.
- Able to take in information whilst building upon stable relationships.
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
- Influencing skills, able to gain commitment from others within the team to deliver and from clients to meet their requirements.
- Proactive attitude, finding the best options for the client and seeing the projection through to completion.
