Assembly Operatives – Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Mon - Thu: 07:45am - 16:30pm
Fri: 07:40am - 14:00pm
Pay: £12.25 per hour, subject to age and experience
Initially commencing on a temporary contract but after just 12 weeks trial period you have the opportunity to secure yourself a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance.

We are currently looking to recruit Assembly Operatives to support the ongoing growth of the company. Responsibilities
- Operating specialised machinery
- Assembly of electronic equipment
- Quality checking
- Following process instructions carefully
- Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets
- Usage of specialised tools to complete orders
Person Specification
- No previous experience required — comprehensive training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail
- Hand soldering and assembly experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet daily production demands
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
