Temp to Permanent Role
Part time hours 9.00am – 3.00pm
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
£12.60 – £14.00 per hour depending on experience
You will be part of the customer service team, developing and managing customer accounts with an exceptional organisation on behalf of the company, ensuring that clients’ expectations are exceeded.
We are looking for a candidate who shows a genuine can-do attitude and the ability to listen and digest information.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for customers’ accounts, coordination of quotes, samples and order requirements as well as liaising with manufacturers to meet agreed deadlines.
- Supporting and managing the team to create quotes, ordering samples and following up on customer quotations.
- Inputting data to ensure customer information is maintained.
- Providing a link between production, suppliers and the customer to ensure that the agreed upon deadline is met.
- Liaising with team members to provide support in maintaining, growing and developing accounts.
- Proactively creating a rapport with customers to become their trusted advisor to develop accounts.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work to be consistently accurate and demonstrate an attention to detail while working to a high standard.
- Self-motivated, able to work well on an individual basis as well as part of a team.
- Show good problem-solving skills and being able to identify a solution in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to take in information whilst building upon stable relationships.
- Influencing skills, able to gain commitment from others within the team to deliver and from clients to meet their requirements.
- Proactive attitude, finding the best options for the client and seeing the projection through to completion.
