- Follow the site’s gowning, entry, exit and hygiene procedures whenever entering or leaving the cleanroom.
- Operate production equipment and carry out assembly, processing, inspection, labelling and packing tasks as trained.
- Follow approved work instructions, and quality checks.
- Check equipment, materials and the work area before starting production; report anything damaged, unclean or outside specification.
- Monitor the process and promptly report product defects, equipment faults or cleanroom condition concerns.
- Complete production records accurately, including batch, material, inspection, cleaning and traceability records.
- Clean the cleanroom, equipment and workstations using approved methods and materials.
- Handle components, tools and packaging in a way that minimises contamination risk.
- Maintain correct material identification and segregation throughout the process.
- Follow health, safety, quality and environmental procedures, including safe waste handling.
- Stop and escape work if product quality, cleanliness or safety may be at risk.
