Fresh Start Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Mansfield, a specialist in interconnect design solutions. They are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace, Land Systems, Subsea, Oil and Gas, Space and Industrial and Mass Transit Industries.
We are currently looking to recruit a number of assembly operatives to support the ongoing growth of the Mansfield facility. If you are looking for a career opportunity within a business where people really count, look no further.
Initially commencing on a temporary contract but after just 12 weeks trial period you have the opportunity to secure yourself a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings
- Following listed instructions/measurements carefully
- Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets
- Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders
Person Specification
- Assembly experience is required
- Good attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must have a great attitude and work ethic
