Are you looking for a new opportunity with long-term progression? We are looking for VNA/Reach drivers in South Normanton, Derbyshire. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position with rotating shifts available (6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm). Pay is £13.10-£15.07.

Our client is looking to recruit a number of VNA/Reach Drivers due to business demand. You will be driving powered industrial trucks to load, unload and move the stock and deliveries to various locations in the warehouse, such as storage areas and loading docks. Internal assessment, which includes practical and written tests, must be passed before your assignment can start. You would need to have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and independent, safety conscious and be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment. Ideally, you will have an in-date FLT licence (ITSAAR or equivalent); however, in-house licenses and/or out of date licenses will also be considered.
Duties will include:
- Move goods packed on pallets around the warehouse
- Stack goods in the correct storage bays, racking etc following inventory control instructions
- Ensure loads are secure
- Complete paperwork for delivery notes and stock control if requested
- Scan the pallets and keep accurate record of stock movement (training will be provided)
- Make sure the truck is operating safely and checked daily
- Report any breakdowns, spills or malfunctions to the Manager
- Assist with other loading activities as requested
