Key responsibilities for Quality Inspector:
- Visual Inspection
- Dimensional work - use of Callipers, gauges, micrometres, and other hand-equipment
- Operation and programming of CMM and Planar (camera system for 2D measurement)
- Use of microscope
- Ability to write/update Work Instructions, issue Quality Alerts and other documents
Experience required for the Quality Inspector role:
- Previous Quality Inspector/engineer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- PC Literate
- Pro-active
- Strong attention to detail
