We are currently recruiting for a front-of-house receptionist/administrator for a leading Mansfield company; they are based in Mansfield town centre with free parking. This is a pivotal role in the company, and they need someone who enjoys a customer interfacing role, which offers a lot of variety where no two days are the same.
Duties for the Receptionist/administrator:
- Working front-of-house meeting and greeting all visitors
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Assisting the pre-employment checks and company inductions
- Updating databases with confidential data, so an eye for detail is a prerequisite for the role
Key skills for Receptionist/administrator:
- A polite and confident manner
- Must have good English both written and verbal; a 2nd language would be helpful
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
