We are supporting a warehouse and distribution company, they are going through a significant period of growth, and they need a temporary HSE administrator to support their business needs.

Duties for HSE Administrator

  • Scanning, managing, and filing of Health, Safety and Environment related documentation.
  • Working with the company's, site management and representatives to produce inspections and documentation.
  • Promoting a good Health and Safety culture at all times.
  • Organising training and liaising with management to ensure any training is fully attended.
  • Ordering of new first aid equipment, Spill kit contents, PPE, and any other required equipment
  • Distributing across sites, first aid equipment, spill kit contents and PPE, as required.
  • Managing controlled documents through Q Pulse system.
  • Manage DSE, COSHH, Risk Assessment and relevant documentation. To assist where required.
  • Assisting in planned fire evacuations across all sites as per planned schedule.
  • Collecting environment/recycling information and creating reports using Excel
  • Taking relevant notes from meetings

Experience required for HSE Administrator

  • At least 2 years office administration experience ideally gained within a warehouse or HSE environment
  • Strong word and excel skills
  • Team player who is happy assist others
