We're looking for proactive and person-centered education professionals to plan and deliver personalised learning sessions that spark curiosity, confidence and a sense of hope for our children who are out of mainstream education. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support to children and young people in their homes or a suitable public setting.
- Delivering personalised, creative sessions that reflect each learner’s needs, interests and abilities.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress after each session and setting clear, achievable targets to support ongoing development.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
