We're currently looking for SEN Learning Support Assistants (Education Specialists) to join our team in providing bespoke and holistic support to children and young people who are out of mainstream education. What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support to children and young people in their homes or a suitable public setting
  • Delivering personalised, creative sessions that reflect each learner’s needs, interests and abilities
  • Monitoring and reporting on student progress after each session and setting clear, achievable targets to support ongoing development
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
