What You'll Do:

Deliver 1:1 or 2:1 personalised learning in homes or community settings.
Plan creative sessions tailored to each learner's strengths, interests and goals.
Support children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs
Encourage confidence, resilience and positive engagement with learning.

What You Need:

At least one year experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH needs or other additional needs.
Experience planning and delivering learning sessions, particularly around core subjects.
Confidence using positive behaviour support, de-escalation and emotional regulation strategies
Update to date safeguarding knowledge.
Availability for at least two consistent weekdays.
