We’re now recruiting for the 2025/2026 academic year and have flexible teaching opportunities across Northamptonshire, supporting children and young people who need 1:1 provision outside of mainstream school.

What you’ll be doing
- Working with your student on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis in their home or a suitable venue
- Delivering personalised, creative sessions that reflect each learner’s needs, interests and abilities
- Sessions run during the school day (term time only) and typically last 3 to 5 hours
- Bank Staff worker – providing short-term provisions as and when they arise, paid via PAYE.
Who we\’re looking for
We welcome applications from:
- Qualified teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and education professionals with experience supporting children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs
- Individuals who are semi-retired, changing career path, or seeking a more flexible role in education
- A minimum of 2 consistent weekdays of availability
- Up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Bonus: Familiarity with Makaton, PECS, or other communication strategies along with de-escalation and behaviour management training is a plus.
