What you'll do
- Deliver 1:1 or 2:1 personalised learning in homes or community settings.
- Plan creative sessions tailored to each learner's strengths, interests and goals.
- Support children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs
- Encourage confidence, resilience and positive engagement with learning.
What you need
- At least one year's experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH needs or other additional needs.
- Experience planning and delivering learning sessions, particularly around core subjects.
- Confidence using positive behaviour support, de-escalation and emotional regulation strategies
- Update to date safeguarding knowledge.
- Availability for at least two consistent weekdays.
