We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our office team in Glasgow. This is a vital role in ensuring our customers' orders are perfectly processed and ready for the next morning.
Details
- Hours: 6:45 PM – 10:15 PM
- Frequency: 2 or 3 nights per week (totalling 10 shifts per month). Often optional overtime available.
- Location: Based on-site at our office in Keppochill Place.
- Experience: No experience necessary! We provide full training to get you up to speed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Order Processing: Accurately inputting orders into our systems from various platforms, including our website, phone calls, and social media.
- Customer Contact: Reaching out to customers via phone or email regarding their orders or accounts.
- Office Support: Handling general administrative tasks such as scanning, digital filing, and keeping records organised.
