Are you a people‑person with a flair for organisation and a love for creating a vibrant place for residents to live? If so, our Mandarin‑speaking Resident Manager role with Fresh could be the right opportunity for you.

Working at Great Court, London this 12‑month fixed‑term Resident Manager position offers the opportunity to combine your passion for people with supporting senior management in the day‑to‑day operations of the building. The role is 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm on a rota basis.

As Resident Manager, you’ll be part of the ‘go‑to’ team for our residents, with a particular focus on supporting Mandarin‑speaking residents to ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and at home. You will be responsible for compiling reports, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring the property remains a beautiful and inviting place to live.

We’re looking for an energetic and professional individual with proven experience in a similar role. You will be fluent in Mandarin and English, confident in communicating with residents, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
