Fresh are hiring a Maintenance Technician for our brand new student accommodation, Venti House, opening for the first time to students in September 2026. This role offers part-time hours of 22.5 per week, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am–5pm.
You will be the go-to expert on maintenance, responsible for minor repairs, planned maintenance, and ensuring the building is safe and welcoming for residents. You’ll also manage statutory compliance and building waste bins.
