Beckton House, Fresh Property Group's brand-new student accommodation, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team. You’ll help prepare, maintain and enhance the property ahead of residents moving in this September 2026, and support ongoing operations to keep the building safe and welcoming.
This full-time role (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm) involves:
- Reactive repairs
- Planned maintenance
- Ensuring statutory compliance across the building, including external waste
