As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include…
- Lead and support a team delivering responsive high-quality advocacy services
- Build & maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders
- Ensure individuals receive person-centred support from their first contact to the delivery
- Manage team performance, provide regular feedback, support and development
- Provide coaching, guidance and supervision to help team members develop their skills
- Maintain a calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in advocacy, advice services, social care, mental health services or similar
- Previous experience leading, supervising or managing a team
- Confidence in managing performance issues and providing constructive feedback
- A genuine passion for advocacy and empowering people to have their voices heard
- Strong communication and an ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a genuine interest in learning and improvement
- 25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays
- Birthday off

- Maximum 37-hour week
