So read on to find out more about this Stock Control Supervisor role… As a Stock Control Supervisor, your roles and responsibilities will include… * Daily management of the stock team, as well as training, holidays and sickness * Ensuring stock accuracy and minimising losses, through daily inventory checks * Taking responsibility for health & safety * Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner * Making sure that all processes are followed for destruction and returns * Liaising with other departments for stock related concerns We’re looking for a Stock Control Supervisor with the following skills and experience… * Pharmaceutical experience is preferrable, but not essential * Experience managing teams, including appraisals, disciplinaries etc * Some experience with warehouse management systems e.g Blue Yonder * Good computer skills – Excel skills would be an advantage * Ability to motivate staff and be a confident communicator * A Scissor Lift license or willingness to learn In return, the successful Stock Control Supervisor will receive a salary of £33,600, plus the following benefits… * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Loads of company events – e.g family fun days, golf days and Christmas party * Company pension * Plenty of parking and uniform is provided Does this sound like the Stock Control Supervisor role for you?
