As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will include…
- Supporting the Contracts Manager &QS in delivering projects across the UK
- Plan and manage site activities, labour and materials & be hands-on when required
- Carry out fault finding, remedial, preventative and reactive maintenance
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage subcontractors, conduct inspections and compile reports
- Oversee quality, progress, productivity, budgets and health & safety
We are looking for a Site Manager with the following skills and experience…
- Proven site management experience with strong communication, leadership and teamworking skills
- Shopfitting / fit-out / refurbishment experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of drawings, setting out and problem solving on site
- Eligible to work permanently in the UK with full, clean driving licence and happy to travel around UK to various sites
- Willing to work away (Mon–Fri, W/E’s as project dictates) / typical hours: 7am–6pm
In return, the successful Site Manager will receive a salary of £55,000 – £60,000, plus the following benefits…
