As a Service Manager, your responsibilities will include…

  • Lead the operational delivery of the service
  • Ensure contract performance, quality standards, and outcomes are achieved
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance and KPIs
  • Develop and deliver service improvement and operational development plans
  • Manage budgets, resources, systems, and operational processes
  • Lead, support, and develop staff, volunteers, and students
We are looking for a Service Manager with the following skills and experience…
  • Experience managing services, teams and operational performance
  • Any experience/background in charity or voluntary work is ideal but not essential
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Staffordshire/ Preston
  • Strong communication, leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to analyse performance data and produce reports
  • Committed to safeguarding, personal development and continuous service improvements
In return, the successful Service Manager will receive a salary of £35,320, plus the following benefits…
  • 25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays
