As a Senior SEO Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Lead & deliver high performance SEO strategies across a diverse client portfolio
- Oversee delivery across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, local SEO etc.
- Confidently leading strategy discussions, performance reviews and roadmap planning with clients
- Identify growth opportunities with content programmes, landing pages & technical improvements
- Line manage and develop the SEO team, providing coaching, direction and accountability
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of processes, SOPs & quality standards
We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager with the following skills and experience:
- At least 6 years’ experience working on SEO strategies, ideally within an agency environment
- Experience with automotive and local/multi-site brands is preferred
- Highly competent across technical, on-page, content and local SEO
- Comfortable using standard tools such as Screaming Frog/ Sitebulb, Ahrefs/ SEMrush, GA4
- A proactive leader who pushes standards up and doesn’t settle for ‘that will do’
- Have a commercial mindset, understanding how SEO supports leads/sales/ROI
- Contribute to pitches and proposals, helping shape compelling SEO strategies
In return, the successful Senior SEO Manager will receive a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, plus the following benefits:
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Yearly profit shares
- Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
- 1pm finish on Fridays
