As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include…
- Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver revenue and client acquisition
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities across commercial, corporate and public sectors
- Build and maintains strong lasting relationships with clients and decision makers
- Support the development of sales, proposals, tenders and bids
- Working closely with operations/ service delivery to ensure client expectations are met
- Monitor and reports on KPIs, pipeline activity and forecasts

- Proven track record in B2B sales is essential within cleaning or facilities management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to win and manage large, long-term contracts
- Experience in managing a team with measurable success
- Commercially astute with strong finical decisions

In return, the successful Sales Manager will receive a salary of £55,000 - £60,000, plus the following benefits…
