As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include…

* Managing and converting a high volume of inbound phone, email, and live chat enquiries, ensuring each customer receives a timely and solution-focused response

* Utilise technology to ensure sales and account management expectations are met.

* Cross-sell and upsell products when it’s appropriate to increase sales.

* Support the business by covering Sales Manager responsibilities during periods of absence.

* Converting outbound opportunities into confirmed sales

* Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfilment. xiskglj

We are looking for a Sales Executive with the following skills and experience…

* Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential with the right attitude

* Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly with customers

* Excellent relationship building and client facing skills

* Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* A proven ability to convert leads into sales is preferred

* Driven by results and relationships and the ambition to succeed

In return, the successful Sales Executive will receive a salary of £30,000 – £35,000 (£55K OTE) , plus the following benefits…

* 33 days holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays and extended Xmas break)
