As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include… * Overseeing health and safety in the pre-construction phase * Assessing machinery needs, access restrictions, and work schedule limitations * Collecting essential data for the project initiation, such as ground survey details * Traveling to sites, engaging with clients and suppliers * Conducting project CDM reviews and preparing pre-construction information. * Site assessments, report creation, client advice, and guidance * Conducting CDM workshops with colleagues & performing site health & safety reviews We’re looking for a Project Manager, with the following skills and experience… * Full UK driving license & access to own vehicle * Ideally 3-5 years’ experience working in construction H&S risk management * NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction * CMaPS or Tech IOSH accreditations is preferred * Experience as a Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations/duties * The capability to visit sites to assess potential H&S risks and buildability constraints * Practice in preparing & updating pre-construction information & CDM Risk Register In return, the successful Project Manager, will receive a salary of up to £50,000, plus the following benefits… * * Travel expenses * Early finish on Friday * Work laptop and mobile phone * 35 days holiday * Hybrid working To apply for this Project Manager position send over your CV today
