Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, segmentation and competitor analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Analyse customer and transactional data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support pipeline management, CRM data quality and deal progression.
- Assist with business cases, bids and commercial proposals.
- Produce commercial performance reports (pipeline, revenue, win‑rates).
Qualifications
