As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support Financial Planners with preparing client files, research, and draft financial plans
  • Conduct technical calculations and analyse data to support recommendations
  • Communicate with clients and providers via phone, email, and meetings
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and support the advice process
  • Assist with implementation of financial strategies and general administration
  • Act as a link between Financial Planners and Administration teams

We are looking for a Paraplanner with the following skills and experiences:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a paraplanning role
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning tools, products, and MS Office
  • High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Strong team player, comfortable working in a collaborative, team environment

In return, the successful Paraplanner will receive a salary of £37,000 - £48,000 DOE plus the following benefits:
